The Magic Playhouse is Boulder, Colorado's premier performing arts venue. The theater is 3600 square feet,
featuring an 800 square foot stage, raised seating, a Cable Nelson upright grand piano, and excellent stage lighting. The Magic Playhouse is
available for rental along with our dance studio. The Magic Playhouse is also the home of Rocky Mountain

Directions
to theatre: From downtown Boulder, take Arapahoe east past Foothills Parkway. Turn left on Connestoga, 1 block before 55th Street. Follow Conestoga to street's end and turn left on Western Avenue. Western Avenue veers left. Just after the truck loading docks, turn right into our parking lot.
